We're seeking someone who genuinely understands the art and strategy behind web design—not just someone who assembles layouts in a template. This position is meant for a true specialist with the expertise, professionalism, and experience to design thoughtfully, build with clarity, and craft digital experiences that deliver real impact.

If you've spent years creating high-performing websites and landing pages, can clearly articulate the reasoning behind your design choices, and naturally think in terms of user behavior, visual hierarchy, and conversion paths, then we'd be excited to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop user interfaces and build engaging and responsive interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, etc.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and stakeholders to create cohesive designs and functionality.
  • Implement responsive design, optimizing web pages for usability across various devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.
  • Debug and troubleshoot functionality issues to ensure smooth user experiences.
  • Maintain codebase using version control systems like Git to manage and review reusable, clean, and efficient code.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility by testing and fixing compatibility issues in different browsers and environments.
  • Integrate APIs to connect front-end interfaces with back-end systems
  • Optimize web pages for speed and efficiency, minimizing load times and ensuring a smooth user experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and front-end development technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Solid, professional experience in web design + front-end development
  • A portfolio that clearly shows strategic, conversion-focused design work
  • Storybook experience is a big plus
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including advanced techniques.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Ability to translate brand messaging and business goals into intentional, thoughtful design
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Clear communication, you can explain design decisions based on logic and data
  • A continuous learning mindset to stay up-to-date with evolving web technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php50,000.00 per month
