Position Title: Shopify Specialist

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm NSW, AU Time or 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PH Time

Holiday to follow: NSW, AU Holidays

Workdays: Mon - Fri

Work Set-up: Work From Home or office.

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Shopify Specialist to manage, optimize, and enhance our e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Shopify platform and a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices to drive sales and improve user experience. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage day-to-day store activities and collaborate with marketing and design teams to implement growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

· Store Management & Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online store, including product listings, inventory management, order processing, and customer support coordination.

· Website Optimization: Monitor website performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, average order value) and implement optimization strategies to improve performance and user experience (UX).

· Development & Customization: Implement website design updates and customize Shopify themes using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid to align with business requirements and ensure mobile responsiveness.

· App & Integration Management: Integrate and manage third-party applications and APIs for enhanced functionality (e.g., inventory systems, payment gateways, marketing tools).

· Marketing & SEO Support: Collaborate with the marketing team on content creation and the execution of promotional campaigns. Ensure all website content adheres to SEO best practices to increase visibility.

· Data Analysis & Reporting: Regularly track and analyze sales data and website analytics to generate reports and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management.

· Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to the website and integrated tools in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience working with the Shopify platform, either in an e-commerce specialist or developer role.

· Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of front-end web development languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid.

· E-commerce Knowledge: Deep understanding of e-commerce principles, online retail best practices, and the full capabilities of the Shopify platform.

· Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify reports) and translate insights into actionable improvements.

· Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

· Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

· Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

Pay: Php40, Php55,000.00 per month
