Overview:

Coast 2 Coast Sports aka C2C Sport is a dynamic family owned sportswear brand, established in 1988, that has serious netball and basketball industry credibility, that focuses on licensing partnerships and teamwear.

As technology evolves, we must stay agile by continuously enhancing our web user experience and leveraging cutting-edge tools to expand and customize our apparel range online.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Working with the Philippine digital team, Australian HQ and China production teams your role includes, but not limited to:

● UX and UI improvement with perfect item collection layout, item categorisation in the website and designer reflecting current demand, marketing campaigns and trends

● New product listings, creating collections and product updates in both designer and Shopify, plus back end order management system

● Locker Room customer setup, order workflow, management and fulfillment

● Marketing campaign support on Shopify front and back end

Back End Support/Maintenance

● Optimise the website (design and functionalities), particularly the most popular collections/pages, to increase conversion rates and online store revenue

● Locker Room and B2B Portal setup and maintenance- setup portal for Locker Room and B2B clients and regularly check their stores and update order cutoff and remove outdated product information.

● Ensure that all collection and product categories and filter options are correct

● Familiarity with various Shopify apps and their usage is an advantage

Contractor's Rate Per Hour: AUD to AUD5 (PHP based on level of skills and experience plus 13th month pro rated pay and annual leave benefits.

Working Hours: 8hrs per day

100% work from home setup. 1 month initial review.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
