  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with medical software, including Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are crucial for patient interaction and managing tasks efficiently.
  • Work Environment: Often located in hospitals, clinics, or private practices, requiring adherence to regulatory requirements and maintaining confidentiality.
