Job description:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Must hold a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. Preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or any medical or healthcare-related field.
  • Relevant Background:
  • Candidate must have a background in marketing and be passionate about marketing and sales;
  • OR have a background in the medical field with strong interest or potential in sales and product promotion.
  • Open to Fresh Graduates: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, especially those who are driven, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
  • Sales-Ready Personality:
  • Must be comfortable talking to people, confident, and not shy—since this is a client-facing, sales-oriented role.
  • Must possess strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
  • Negotiation & Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to communicate, persuade, and negotiate effectively with healthcare professionals and purchasing personnel.
  • Strategic Thinker: Able to strategize, analyze markets, and execute plans to increase product awareness, demand, and sales.
  • Creative & Fast Learner: Should be resourceful, creative in marketing tactics, and quick to understand products and market needs.
  • Customer Acquisition & Retention: Skilled at building relationships, acquiring new clients, and retaining existing customers through consistent and genuine engagement.
  • Willingness to Travel: Must be willing to travel frequently for fieldwork, client visits, product presentations, and marketing events.
  • Flexible & Goal-Oriented: Able to adjust to changing schedules, manage time well, and stay focused on achieving sales and marketing targets.
