Overview of Position:

Clinic Nurse is responsible for providing primary nursing care and health education to patients within the community. The role involves supporting physicians, administering medications and treatments, managing patient records, and promoting preventive healthcare programs to improve the overall well- being of the community.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Care

  • Provide basic nursing services such as vital signs monitoring, wound care, injections, IV therapy, and medication administration.

  • Assist in medical consultations, examinations, and minor procedures.

  • Provide first aid and emergency response when needed.

2. Health Monitoring & Preventive Care

  • Conduct health assessments, screenings, and immunizations.

  • Support maternal and child health programs, including prenatal, postnatal, and child development monitoring.

  • Educate patients and families on disease prevention, nutrition, hygiene, and healthy lifestyle practices.

3. Clinic and Admin Operations

  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper infection control within the clinic.

  • Manage medical supplies and ensure availability of essential medicines and equipment.

  • Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and referrals.

· Perform cashiering duties such as accepting payments, issuing receipts and record payment monitoring

· Scanning of patient's records

4. Compliance & Professionalism

  • Adhere to medical ethics, confidentiality policies, and standard nursing protocols.

  • Ensure compliance with Department of Health (DOH) regulations and local government guidelines.

  • Participate in continuing education and professional development.

Qualifications:

With at least 1 year experience in clinical field.

With valid PRC license.

Willing to assign in Ayala, Alabang.

Willing to work 12/24 hrs duty/shifting.
