Staff Supervision & Training
- Supervise, support, and schedule all reception staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Conduct regular training sessions and team meetings to uphold service standards and company procedures.
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, feedback, and coaching as needed.
Client Relations & Front Desk Operations
- Oversee all client bookings, attendance tracking, and payment documentation.
- Ensure a professional, welcoming, and efficient front desk experience for all clients.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and effectively.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare, review, and submit Daily Sales Reports (DSRs) and other required operational forms.
- Maintain accurate and organized records for clients and employees.
- Ensure that all financial and operational data is documented and reported in a timely manner.
Coordination with Management
- Collaborate with the CEO and CFO to prepare reports, schedule meetings, and support performance evaluations.
- Communicate updates and feedback between front office staff and senior management.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure all front office activities comply with company policies and government regulations.
- Manage the renewal and maintenance of business permits and other required documentation.
Facilities & Equipment Oversight
- Oversee the use, organization, and maintenance of studio equipment and reception facilities.
- Report any issues promptly and coordinate necessary repairs or replacements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a front office or receptionist supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and booking/payment management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
- Customer-oriented with a professional demeanor and problem-solving mindset.
