Role Purpose

Responsible for checking the completeness of all information stated in the delivery documents.

Key Accountabilities

Document Management

· Receive, check, and file purchase order requests against the transmittal slip coming from Head Office and/or branch.

· Retrieve copy of purchase order and check completeness of information stated on the original PO.

· Counter sign on the acknowledged delivery receipt/sales invoice from supplier.

· Process document as to the changes made by the Receiving Checker.

· Prepare the transmittal slip for the processed documents (PO/SI/cancelled POS) to Head Office/Branch Accounting.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any 4 year course (with or without experience) OR Atleast College level, with related experience
  • Preferably with experience in Receiving & Dispatching or any similar roles
  • Must have good body built and can lift heavy furniture
  • Amenable to work in Our Home SM Grand Central
  • Can start ASAP

Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers

Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications
