OB OPENING: Clinic Admin Receptionist
Job Locations:
- Mandaluyong
-Quezon City

Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule | 6 days a week
Salary Range: PHP 20,000 – 25,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)

Job Summary:
The Clinic Admin Receptionist is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic operations by handling administrative duties, front desk tasks, and basic sales support. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a customer-centric attitude, and experience in aesthetic or wellness clinics.

Qualifications:

-Must be a College Graduate
-With relevant work experience in an aesthetic or beauty clinic
-Knowledgeable in admin and basic marketing tasks
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented
-Willing to work long hours and shifting schedules
-With excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
-Professional appearance and a vibrant, sociable personality
-Must have a genuine concern for clients and passion for beauty
-Preferably with a background in sales
-Duties and Responsibilities:
-Process all necessary documentation for annual permits
-Prepare and manage staff schedules
-Oversee and monitor clinic supplies inventory
-Handle purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers
-Monitor machine maintenance and repair schedules
-Conduct timekeeping and coordinate payroll details
-Prepare, issue, and file company memos and directives
-Approve employee leaves and OT, in coordination with the head office
-Handle sales accountability, including sales audit and bank deposit monitoring
-Encode sales reports and cash receipt books
-Act as petty cash custodian, ensuring timely replenishment and complete documentation
-Attend to other administrative concerns as assigned
