  • Client communication: Present bids to clients, answer questions, and provide cost-effective advice
  • Quality assurance: Ensure work quality submissions are completed
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and other laws
  • Scheduling: Prepare schedules for construction progress
  • Reporting: Prepare reports about expenses for the duration of the project
