We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Office Engineer to join our team.

In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring that our projects run smoothly from planning through construction. You'll bridge the gap between the design office and site operations — managing technical documentation, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and supporting the project team in delivering high-quality, timely results.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare, review, and manage project documentation including drawings, specifications, and submittals.
  • Coordinate between the design office, site engineers, consultants, and suppliers to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
  • Monitor project schedules, progress reports, and material deliveries to support on-time project completion.
  • Assist in quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and procurement of materials and equipment.
  • Review shop drawings, as-built plans, and other technical submissions for accuracy and compliance with design intent.
  • Support project engineers and managers with reporting, documentation, and technical coordination.
  • Uphold company standards for quality, accuracy, and professionalism in all project documentation.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in construction or engineering project coordination.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and project management tools.
  • Knowledgeable in construction planning, scheduling, and cost estimation
  • Experience in quantity take-off, material monitoring, and procurement coordination
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to work with project managers, site engineers, and contractors
  • Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple project files efficiently
  • Preferably residing in San Fernando or nearby towns

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project or Primavera).
  • Familiarity with BIM/Revit workflows.
  • Background in quality assurance or quantity surveying.
