Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing cost estimates for residential, commercial, or infrastructure construction projects.
  • Help quantify materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services needed for each project.
  • Obtain pricing and quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Assist in organizing bid packages, tender documents, and proposal submissions.
  • Keep detailed records of all estimates, revisions, and communications.
  • Work closely with Senior Estimators, Project Managers, Engineers, Procurement team.
  • Support team members in developing budgets, schedules, and bid strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or any related courses.
  • One (1) to two (2) years experience is a plus.
  • Exposure to construction drawings, bid documents, or estimating software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Can be assigned in Cainta, Rizal
