Junior Estimator

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to determine scope and requirements.
• Gather quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to support pricing accuracy.
• Maintain and update cost databases, supplier information, and pricing records.
• Support the preparation of tender submissions, bid documents, and cost reports.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and senior estimators to ensure consistency and accuracy in estimates.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and assist in developing bills of quantities.
• Participate in project meetings and assist in post-tender reviews.
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.
• Support team members in developing budgets, schedules, and bid strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or any related courses.
• One (1) to two (2) years experience is a plus.
• Exposure to construction drawings, bid documents, or estimating software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Can be assigned at main office in Cainta, Rizal
