  • Strong expertise in preparing accurate BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents
  • Proficiency in cost control software, MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project management tools
  • Solid knowledge of local market rates, construction materials, and labor costs
  • Track record of delivering accurate and competitive estimates accepted in the market
  • Strong understanding of engineering standards and construction practices
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and reporting skills
  • Effective communication in English and Filipino
  • Have a driving license.
