Health and Wellness Coach

Job Type: Contract | Part-time

Wage: PHP 290 - PHP 1,160 per hour (USD 5 - USD 20 per hour) (up to PHP 5,460,000 per year)

Available work hours: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM PST

Wellness Coach, Holistic Wellness Coach, Wellbeing Coach, Health and Wellness Coach. Our clients face such behavioral difficulties as burnout, difficult breakups, fear, anxiety, etc., so they need not only emotional support, but also help in changing their health and lifestyle.

Note: most of our users reside in the US, so we are looking for coaches to partially or fully cover hours within the 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM PST time slot (10:00 PM to 9:00 AM ET).

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized coaching through asynchronous messaging and video sessions using our digital tools.
• Guide clients by tailoring in-app content and directing them to relevant services when needed.
• Collaborate with the Liven team to develop and launch workshops, webinars, and new content.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as a Coach.
• 3+ proven cases in stress, burnout or anxiety management, relationship coaching or similar areas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Stable internet connection and a computer with a camera and audio capability.
• Completed all screening questions.
