Role Overview

The Wellness Ambassador is part of The Greats' creator network — a movement that blends wellness, sustainability, personal growth, and social innovation. Ambassadors act as storytellers who champion purposeful living and promote The Greats' coaching programs, e-books, digital learning materials, and wellness frameworks through authentic content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent The Greats' Wellness online through intentional, story-led content.
  • Produce 1 short-form video per week (Reels or TikTok) featuring The Greats' philosophy, programs, or lifestyle seamlessly woven into personal content.
  • Participate in co-branded campaigns, program launches, digital product rollouts, and experiential events.
  • Collaborate with the Partnerships Team for creative direction, campaign timing, and brand alignment.
  • Promote coaching programs, e-books, and digital wellness resources to your community.
  • Engage audiences and drive them toward learning pathways, programs, and digital materials.
  • Maintain integrity and consistency in how the brand is represented.

Compensation & Earnings Structure

Ambassadors earn through a transparent, performance-based model tied to digital product and program sales.

Commission Structure:

  • 5% on coaching program enrollments
  • 5% on e-book and digital product sales
  • Additional incentives for campaign milestones, event participation, and high-performing content

Sample Potential Earnings (Depending on audience + sales):

  • Moderate engagement creator: ₱10,000–₱25,000 monthly
  • High-performing creator: ₱30,000–₱70,000+ monthly
  • Top-tier creator (program-focused): ₱100,000+ monthly

Earnings tracked through a partner dashboard and released monthly.

Qualifications

  • Active digital presence with solid engagement and storytelling capability
  • Alignment with wellness, self-development, lifestyle leadership, or community impact
  • Ability to produce consistent weekly content
  • Willingness to work closely with the Partnerships Team
  • Creative, reliable, and values-driven
  • Experience in coaching, advocacy, lifestyle, self-help, or education is a plus (not required)
