Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the Safety Orientation/Induction Process as required under RA 11058, DO 198, Chapter III, Section 5.
  • Conduct the mandatory 8-hour Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) Orientation, including company policies on Environmental Health & Safety, in compliance with RA 11058, DO 198.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly safety inspections of work areas, and lead discussions with team members to determine the most appropriate corrective actions for identified unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
  • Prepare and issue Safety Observation Reports (SORs), providing recommendations and guidelines for compliance with legal and company standards.

  • Conduct regular inspections of fire protection and prevention equipment, including:

  • Fire extinguishers

  • Fire cabinets
  • Fire exits
  • Fire pumps
  • FDAS (Fire Detection and Alarm System)

  • Act as Secretary of the EHS Committee, responsible for:

  • Preparing Minutes of Meetings

  • Securing attendance of EHS members
  • Prepare and update office, pantry, and warehouse inspection checklists to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct regular inspections of Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs), ensuring they are in good condition and provide maximum protection.
  • Ensure adequate supplies of approved PPEs are available on-site.
  • Prepare Safety Violation Notices for all observed violations and apprehend violators (both Infinivan personnel and subcontractors) to enforce sanctions and penalties.
  • Exercise authority to stop activities presenting imminent danger and recommend corrective actions prior to resumption of work, in accordance with RA 11058, DO 198, Chapter IV, Section 14 – Work Stoppage Order (WSO).
  • Recommend corrective actions to address identified hazards and evaluate their effectiveness before allowing activities to proceed.
  • Monitor compliance of subcontractors with Infinivan Inc. EHS requirements.
  • Assist government officials during field visits and inspections.
  • Monitor site compliance with DO 198 and RA 11058.
  • Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventive measures.
  • Perform other related EHS tasks as may be assigned.

  • Monitor and ensure all company vehicles are safe for use by overseeing:

  • Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS)

  • Regular check-ups
  • Tune-ups and related requirements

  • Process and monitor all utility bills in ERP, including:

  • Building dues

  • Parking dues
  • Water and electricity bills
  • Review and monitor CCTV footage as authorized.
  • Handle other administrative tasks, such as business permit processing.

  • Prepare and submit DOLE Reportorial Requirements, including:

  • WAIR

  • AMR
  • AEDR
  • Report of Safety Organization
  • Establish, monitor, and implement the Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) Program.
  • Monitor and supervise daily tasks of utility staff, messengers, and drivers.
  • Coordinate with building administrators (ORE and NEX) for inquiries and building-related concerns.
