Job Description:

  • Coordinates with the Corporate Admin Manager and the Plant Managers, develops Annual Safety Programs for Makati and the plants
  • Check regularly if Safety Programs are being implemented
  • Monitors compliance by employees to the Safety Policies and Procedures.
  • Participates in accident investigation and assists management in determining casualty factors and recommends appropriate corrective actions.
  • Facilitates the formation of Safety Committees and trains its members

Qualifications:

  • Preferably graduate of an engineering course
  • at least 20 years of experience in the management of Safety Functions gained from manufacturing companies
  • Knowledgeable of the environment, safety and health rules implemented by the LGUs.
  • Computer literate (Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good in written communication, interpersonal & organizational skills
  • Confident, strong willed, self -motivated and with integrity with passion for HSE, BOSH, COSH, Loss Control Management and other related courses
  • Advance 48 hours DOLE BWC requires training and or Seminars/training relevant to OSH
  • Minimum Safety Officer level 3
  • DOLE Accredited Safety Practitioner is a plus not a requirement
  • Character and Integrity is more important than anything; any other related local/global and Safety Certifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
