Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and execute Workday configuration tasks, including updates to business processes, notifications, condition rules, and organizational structures
  • Manage day-to-day case intake through Salesforce, resolving system-related queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with global HR stakeholders and IT teams to ensure accurate requirement gathering, solution design, and user testing
  • Identify root causes of recurring issues and recommend continuous process improvements
  • Participate in Workday-related projects, such as enhancements, module rollouts, or global transformation initiatives
  • Maintain clear documentation of configurations, test cases, and change history
