Job Profile Summary

The Workday Functional specialist provides global and local solutions to business problems and requirements outside of the country implementations. This role requires a good understanding of the organisation's strategy, way of working and business architecture as well as an outside-in perspective. You will play a key role in designing, improving, and optimising our Workday solutions based on a Global Footprint, where the employee eperience is one of our key focus areas.

We are looking for you:

If you have proven 4-6 years of e

  • perience in Workday implementation.
    If you have e- perience in multiple Workday modules: Workday Core HCM and Learning are a must have
    And at least 1 of the following: Benefits, Recruitment, E- penses, Time & Absence and Talent
  • Workday Service Partner Certification or Customer Certification in HCM and/or other modules
  • If you have a strong functional understanding of HR Operations, processes, and data definitions.
    If you have eperience as Functional Consultant in at least 1 full end-to-end Workday implementation in a multinational, comple- environment.
  • If you have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • If you have Business Analytical skills – ability to actively listen to understand the problem and translate this into clearly articulated solutions which the business can understand.
  • If you have an organised and disciplined way of working with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines.

You will score etra points for:

  • Workday certified in several Workday modules: Workday Core HCM, essential.
    Proven ability to think outside the bo and find simple solution to comple- business problems.
  • Business mindset – business needs to be at the centre of all activities.
  • Fluent English both written and spoken.
  • Great team player and willing to work collaboratively across the globe within a virtual team environment.

Scope of duties:

  • Keep abreast of Workday functional developments and roadmaps in order to drive continuous improvements initiatives and support business strategies and operational needs.
    Provide deep subject matter e- pertise in designated functional area of Workday in order to solve problems and/or optimise processes.
  • Work with Global team and countries to design or optimise the Workday solution based on the already designed Global Footprint.
  • Analyse global and local HR process requirements and translate these into Workday configuration designs.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders such as Global Process Leads, Product Owners and the IT Workday Team.
