
Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other documents as requested
- Maintain and organize filing systems (both electronic and paper-based)
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and recordkeeping tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Support other team members and departments as needed
- Ensure confidentiality and security of office records and data
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business related courses.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, copiers, etc.)
- Willing to be deployed at The Corner House, San Juan Manila
