SALES MANAGER

  • Recruit, Train, Manage and motivate Sales Consultants to Hit Company Set Quotas.

-Create Reports for Upper Management on Sales Performance

-Formulate Sales Strategies, Incentives and Sales plan for his Sales Consultants.

Compensation

Earn as much as 300K per sale on personal sales

1.5% Override Commissions

35- 40K Service Fee

Qualifications

-4 Year graduate of Business course/REM

-Meta Social Media Management Certificate a must or 2 years minimum Real Estate Sales Management in one Developer (Digital Selling)

-Licensed Broker a plus

-With Ready 3 Sales Consultants

-With Car
