A DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER is responsible for:

  • Develop marketing strategies and tactics to achieve business goals, such as brand awareness, customer acquisition, conversion to sales, and customer retention
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns — ideation, execution, monitoring, and optimization
  • Experiment with various organic and paid channels, such as but not limited to social media, search, display, email, SMS, and in-app messaging
  • Collaborate with merchants (business units) in developing and implementing campaigns to acquire customers and increase sales
  • Hire, train, and manage digital marketing talents, such as but not limited to performance marketing, search, content production, and social media management
  • Act as brand guardian, ensuring that all campaigns and content in all GoR assets are consistent with brand voice and discipline
  • Lead in the evaluation and selection of agencies, as the need arises
