Job Description:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital sales and marketing strategy to meet (1) brand goals and (2) sales targets
  • Lead end-to-end campaign planning and execution
  • Oversee content creation, storytelling, and visual direction
  • Manage advertising budget to maximize conversion
  • Generate sales across different digital platforms
  • Analyze results and refine initiatives to meet targets
  • Oversee all digital platforms (e.g. Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok Shop, Facebook, Instagram) and marketing channels (e.g. influencer marketing, live selling, paid ads, boosting, search engine optimization)
  • Create and manage Digital Sales and Marketing Team

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any related 4-year degree course
  • 5 years experience in digital marketing and e-commerce sales, pharmaceutical / medical field an advantage as well as FMCG or wellness industry

    Successful track record in management of digital campaigns and e-commerce projects
  • Leadership experience, particularly in people management
  • Proficient in digital tools (GSuite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Shopify/WordPress, Mailchimp/ Klaviyo, Canva, etc.)
  • Can work on-site 6 days a week in Quezon City and attend events as needed
  • Can start immediately
