About the role

Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc. is seeking a talented Healthcare PHRN Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time team leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and supporting our healthcare business process outsourcing operations.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare supervisory or team leader role
  2. Strong knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and best practices
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams
  5. Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving
  6. Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
