Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Quezon City Office and Project Sites

Salary Range: ₱20,000 – ₱25,000

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing estimates, and ensuring that construction projects are completed within budget without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bill of quantities for all projects.
  • Monitor and control project costs to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
  • Prepare progress payment valuations, variation orders, and final accounts.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure accurate material costing.
  • Constantly update and maintain knowledge of construction materials, market prices, and cost trends.
  • Assist in tendering processes and contract administration.
  • Provide accurate cost reports and financial updates to management.
  • Perform site inspections to verify progress and validate claims.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or cost control.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Excel.
  • Knowledge in Planswift and Bluebeam is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Must be willing to report to the Quezon City office and visit project sites as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
