Quantity Surveyors (Interior Design – Corporate & Commercial Projects)

Immediate Hiring | Full-Time | Home-Based | Starting Salary: Php 28,000/month (All-Inclusive)

We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyors specializing in corporate and commercial interior design. This is a remote, full-time position, offering the opportunity to collaborate with an international design team on high-end office and commercial fit-out projects.

Higher remuneration will be offered to candidates with at least 2 years of proven experience in corporate and commercial interior design.

Benefits will be discussed and agreed upon in the employment contract.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage interior design projects from conceptual development and spatial planning to detailed construction documentation and project closeout.
  2. Produce comprehensive architectural, mechanical, and electrical (M&E) drawings, including all required documentation for regulatory and client submissions.
  3. Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BoQ) for interior fit-out works. Proficiency in PlanSwift or similar quantity take-off software is an advantage.
  4. Compile and submit all necessary technical drawings and approvals required by building management and local authorities.
  5. Create high-quality renderings, isometric views, and detailed construction drawings for compliance and client presentations.
  6. Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of spatial layouts, joinery details, and M&E coordination relevant to corporate and commercial interiors.
  7. Collaborate effectively with design consultants, contractors, and other fit-out specialists to ensure project accuracy and efficiency.
  8. Stay current with industry trends, materials, technologies, and best practices in interior design and construction.
  9. Ensure compliance with local government and statutory regulations relevant to corporate and commercial interior environments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in corporate (office) and commercial interior design projects.
  • Strong expertise in spatial planning, colour theory, lighting design, materials selection, and custom furniture detailing.

  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Illustrator, and other relevant software.

  • Candidates proficient in Revit and 3ds Max will be given preference and may be considered for a higher salary.

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a closely related field.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • Creative design sensibility with meticulous attention to detail and construction accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Sound understanding of construction methodologies and design detailing for interior fit-outs.
  • A dedicated home workspace and reliable computer setup equipped with the necessary software.

Testing Requirement

All shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a Bill of Quantities / Quotation Test to verify their technical capabilities for the Quantity Surveyor position.
