About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service professional with at least 1 year of experience to join our Healthcare team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will involve providing exceptional customer service to patients and clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. The position offers a hybrid work setup, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner
  2. Providing information and guidance to customers on healthcare products and services
  3. Assisting with the scheduling and coordination of appointments and treatments
  4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation to ensure the smooth running of operations
  5. Collaborating with the wider healthcare team to deliver a seamless customer experience
  6. Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or healthcare-related role
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers
  3. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  4. Proficiency in using relevant software and technology to support your work
  5. A genuine passion for healthcare and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service
