About the role

Alldigitech Manila is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) to join our dynamic team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our healthcare clients, handling a variety of inquiries and ensuring the best possible experience for our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to incoming calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Addressing customer inquiries, concerns and complaints with empathy and finding suitable resolutions
  • Providing accurate information about our healthcare products and services
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Adhering to established policies, procedures and quality standards
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

What we're looking for

  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle a wide range of customer queries
  • Proficient in English, both verbal and written
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding performance targets
  • Adaptable, resilient and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for helping others and a genuine interest in the healthcare industry
