We're Looking for Non-Voice Account Representatives

Location: McKinley Hills, Taguig

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Setup: [Onsite/Non-Voice Account]

Schedule: Shifting Schedule / AU Shift (depending on company schedule)

About the Role:

We are looking for detail-oriented and customer-focused Non-Voice Account Representatives to join our growing Australian Healthcare team. In this role, you will provide support through chat and email channels—no phone calls required. You will assist patients, healthcare providers, and insurance partners with inquiries related to billing, appointments, insurance claims, medical records, and other healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email in a professional and timely manner

  • Process and verify patient information, insurance details, and healthcare documents - Assist with online appointment scheduling, billing questions, and service navigation

  • Maintain accurate case documentation for all interactions - Ensure compliance with AU healthcare standards, privacy laws, and company policies

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently

  • Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and performance metrics

Qualifications:

  • Freshers or No BPO Experience with Strong Communication and Writing skills are Open to Apply

  • At least 6 months – 1 year of BPO experience (preferably non-voice or healthcare support)

  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail

  • Familiarity with Australian healthcare terminology and processes is an advantage - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential medical information

  • Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in computer applications and typing skills - Willing to work in AU shifts and adapt to operational requirements
