QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A graduate of any Business Management or Engineering course.
  • Have taken a Warehouse Management methodology training.
  • With at least 3 years of Warehouse and Logistics Experience in a construction company.
  • Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems.
  • Possesses good organizational and time management skills.
  • Possesses the ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Must be willing to work in Antipolo City.
  • Must be willing to start immediately/ASAP.
  • One (1) Full-Time position is available.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for prioritizing work orders and organizing tasks based on project deadlines.
  • Plan a timetable for the movement of materials, workforce to ensure on-time supply of needed materials, equipment, or services in the organization to meet the objective to become the EPC of choice and globally competitive.
  • Executes pick list according to request from stakeholders onsite and HO.
  • Organize materials, tools, and equipment properly labelled and accurate inventory count.
  • Perform audit and cycle counts between the warehousemen and the inventory analyst.
  • Monitor to be put away from receiving at the warehouse location.
  • Assist warehousemen with daily tasks to ensure completeness of daily transactions.
  • Maintain the integrity of the actual inventory on hand and the Inventory stock monitoring report.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and secure work environment in the office and warehouse.
  • Responsible for preparing shipping documentation and providing support in merging materials into single shipments, including crating and packing when necessary.
  • Manage the repair, calibration, and preventive maintenance of tools and equipment used in the warehouse.
