Key Responsibilities
  • Train, coach, and mentor CX/support teams to enhance customer engagement, product knowledge, and sales effectiveness.
  • Develop and deliver training programs that focus on customer-centric sales techniques in a fast-paced B2C environment.
  • Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and implement enablement strategies that improve day-to-day team performance.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training through performance metrics, feedback, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Work closely with CX managers to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer experiences aligned with business goals.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales training, enablement, or CX coaching, ideally within a BPO, SaaS, or customer-focused environment.
  • Strong background in B2C sales coaching (retail, telco, SaaS, or similar fast-paced industries preferred).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to design engaging training content and adapt to a dynamic, high-volume support environment.
  • Strong understanding of customer success metrics (e.g., CSAT, NPS) and sales KPIs.

  • Work Setup: First two months onsite, transitioning to a hybrid arrangement (1 day onsite, 4 days work-from-home).
  • Requirement: Must have a valid passport and be ready for travel if needed.
  • Compensation: This is an incentivized role with performance-based rewards
