Key Responsibilities- Train, coach, and mentor CX/support teams to enhance customer engagement, product knowledge, and sales effectiveness.
- Develop and deliver training programs that focus on customer-centric sales techniques in a fast-paced B2C environment.
- Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and implement enablement strategies that improve day-to-day team performance.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training through performance metrics, feedback, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Work closely with CX managers to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer experiences aligned with business goals.
- Proven experience in sales training, enablement, or CX coaching, ideally within a BPO, SaaS, or customer-focused environment.
- Strong background in B2C sales coaching (retail, telco, SaaS, or similar fast-paced industries preferred).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to design engaging training content and adapt to a dynamic, high-volume support environment.
- Strong understanding of customer success metrics (e.g., CSAT, NPS) and sales KPIs.
