Responsibilities
- Assist Retail Manager in Management of over-all operations of Globe Retail Store
- Sales and Programs creation to ensure achievement of Sales Target
- People Management, Coaching and mentoring
- Coordination with Principal partner on all operations related matters such as Sales Programs, Inventory, Quality Management, Store look etc.
Qualifications
- Graduate with any 4 years course (preferably Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship or any equivalent course)
- With at least 3 years of Retail Supervisory or Management experience
- Preferably with Telco or Mobile retail store experience
- With Good Interpersonal communication skills
- Willing to work in Robinsons Galleria South - San Pedro
