Responsibilities

  • Assist Retail Manager in Management of over-all operations of Globe Retail Store
  • Sales and Programs creation to ensure achievement of Sales Target
  • People Management, Coaching and mentoring
  • Coordination with Principal partner on all operations related matters such as Sales Programs, Inventory, Quality Management, Store look etc.

Qualifications

  • Graduate with any 4 years course (preferably Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship or any equivalent course)
  • With at least 3 years of Retail Supervisory or Management experience
  • Preferably with Telco or Mobile retail store experience
  • With Good Interpersonal communication skills
  • Willing to work in Robinsons Galleria South - San Pedro
