JOB PURPOSE/SUMMARY:

As a Graphic Artist / CAD Drafter you will create visual representations and detailed drawings for various products of P&B Valises using mainly Sketchup. This role will require your creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills both to internal and external clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Graphic Design

ü Develop creative visual concepts for marketing materials, advertisements, and presentations for local and export items.

ü Design and produce graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and trade shows, etc.

ü Create and maintain branding materials, such as logos, brochures, and other materials.

B. CAD Drafting

ü Utilize CAD software to create/render detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for various product or projects

ü Convert sketches and design concepts into precise CAD models, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

ü Collaborate with product development and merchandising teams to ensure designs meet project requirements and specifications.

C. File Management

ü Organize and maintain digital files for all graphic and CAD projects, ensuring proper version control.

ü Prepare and package design files for presentations and client review.

D. Project Collaboration and Quality Checking

ü Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, product development/sample and production, to gather project feedback and progress of products under development.

ü Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for design projects.

ü Revise and update designs based on client or team feedback, ensuring timely delivery of final products.

ü Conduct final checks on graphics and CAD drawings before submission to clients or stakeholder

E. Client Interaction & Management

ü Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations.

ü Present design concepts and gather feedback to refine final outputs.

ü Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

ü Provide regular updates to supervisors on project status and any potential challenges.

F. Other Duties:

ü Assist in additional tasks as needed to support the team and company objectives.

ü Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

Accuracy: The degree to which your CAD model matches the specifications, requirements, and expectations of your client. This is assessed by comparing your model to the original design brief, drawings, or prototypes, and by checking for errors, inconsistencies, or deviations.

Productivity: The amount of work completed within a given time frame, budget, and resource allocation. It is measured by tracking the number of tasks, hours, or models produced, as well as the quality and efficiency output.

Creativity: The ability to generate original, innovative, and effective solutions for CAD projects. It is demonstrated by showing application of knowledge, skills, and tools to overcome challenges, improve performance, or add value to the CAD model.

Collaboration: The process of working with other people, teams, or organizations to achieve a common goal for the CAD project. This can be evaluated by examining how you have communicated, coordinated, and contributed to your project, as well as how you have received and provided feedback, support, or guidance.

REQUIREMENTS:

ü Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design and other related courses

ü Strong analytical skills, highly computer literate, advance CAD skills (2D/3D), advance Photoshop skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php Php850.00 per day

• Graphic Design: 1 year (Preferred)
