Senior Architect

Role Summary:

Leads the architectural design and planning of company infrastructures, including branches, commissaries, and offices. This role ensures projects are functional, aesthetically consistent with brand standards, cost-efficient, and compliant with all relevant building codes and regulations. The Senior Architect collaborates with engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders from conceptualization to completion and provides technical direction to architectural team members.

Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee the full lifecycle of architectural projects from concept to construction

● Create and refine architectural designs, drawings, and technical specifications

● Ensure designs meet company branding, spatial, and operational requirements

● Coordinate with Civil Engineers, Engineering Manager, and project teams

● Conduct site visits to supervise progress, ensure quality, and resolve issues

● Review and approve material selections, finishing standards, and construction details

● Ensure all designs adhere to zoning laws, safety regulations, and permitting guidelines

● Supervise junior architects and/or architectural assistants

● Coordinate with external consultants (e.g., structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers)

● Prepare permit applications and documentation required by regulatory agencies

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

● Licensed Architect with a degree in Architecture

● Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in commercial or food-related industries

● Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other architectural tools

● Deep understanding of building codes, construction methodologies, and interior fit-outs

● Excellent design sense and technical drafting abilities

● Strong leadership and project management skills

● Detail-oriented, with strong time management and problem-solving capabilities

Willing to travel for site inspections and project supervision
