The Warehouse & Logistics Assistant contributes to company's success by supporting the efficient and organized flow of goods, coordinating delivery schedule, canvassing items engineering and items in the market, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring that organization receives high-quality products at competitive prices in a timely manner. The responsibility includes coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth operations of Warehouse & Logistics department.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  1. College Diploma or Equivalent
  2. At least 2 years working experience as Warehouse & Logistics Assistant or related position

Working or Basic Knowledge in:

  • Computer skills (Microsoft word and excel)
  • Procurement and Logistics management software
  • Driving manual vehicle with Prof. driving license 123 is a plus
  • Port and airline logistics operations.
  • Basic understanding of logistics principles and processes.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong and written verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptable and have the ability to multi task.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Ability to adapt fast paced working environment.
