What You'll Do:

Lead and oversee warehouse and logistics operations across all hubs and partner locations

Ensure 100% inventory accuracy through strict stock control and cycle count compliance

Manage third-party logistics (3PL) and ensure on-time, in-full deliveries across channels

Streamline receiving, storage, and dispatch processes for speed and efficiency

Drive compliance with safety, housekeeping (5S), and audit standards

Monitor cost performance and propose solutions for continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field

5+ years of experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably in FMCG or distribution

Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to people and process management

Proven ability to manage 3PL relationships and transport coordination

Solid understanding of inventory systems, warehouse metrics, and safety protocols

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and ERP systems
