JOB DESCRIPTION: Assistant Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant Warehouse Supervisor to support the overall flow of warehouse operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in managing inbound and outbound activities, as well as a strong understanding of Quality Control procedures to help maintain accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the schedule of incoming containers to ensure smooth and timely receiving.
  • Maintain accurate daily attendance tracking for all warehouse personnel.
  • Review employee performance monthly and provide guidance to support improvement and consistent productivity.
  • Work closely with the Logistics Department to ensure trucks are ready and available for Hakot operations.
  • Collaborate with the Data Analyst for efficient movement and allocation of overstock items.
  • Give clear instructions to warehouse staff and ensure tasks are executed according to operational priorities.
  • Document, monitor, and report expired, damaged, or defective goods to the QC team for proper handling.
  • Promote Quality Control standards throughout the warehouse to maintain proper handling of inventory.
  • Foster teamwork, motivate staff, and uphold a positive working environment.

Qualifications:

  • With experience in a Warehouse Supervisory or Assistant Supervisory role.
  • Strong background in Inbound/Outbound operations and inventory workflows.
  • Familiar with Quality Control guidelines and warehouse safety procedures.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Able to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
