We're hiring a Marketing Appointment Setter to support lead generation and business development for a dynamic organization focused on delivering high-value client solutions.

This is a fully remote, Philippines-based role working US business hours, where you'll collaborate with global teams and play a key part in scaling our client engagement efforts.
Role Summary:
As the Marketing Appointment Setter, you'll play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, initiating high-quality outreach efforts, and securing meetings for our sales or marketing teams. You'll manage the end-to-end appointment process — from prospecting and follow-up to CRM tracking ensuring every lead is effectively nurtured and every opportunity is maximized.
You'll be the first point of contact for many of our prospects, representing the company with professionalism and enthusiasm while maintaining strong attention to detail and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Appointment Scheduling: Arrange meetings or calls between qualified prospects and senior team members; ensure proper calendar coordination using tools like Calendly.
- Lead Engagement: Conduct outbound calls and messages to initiate contact with potential clients, qualify interest, and set appointments.
- CRM Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, follow-ups, and scheduled appointments in CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
- Follow-Up & Pipeline Nurturing: Re-engage leads who have shown prior interest but are not yet ready to convert; maintain consistent communication to keep the pipeline active.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach activities with campaign goals and performance targets.
- Reporting: Track outreach activity, success rates, and scheduling efficiency; provide regular updates on lead generation metrics.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of professional experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, outbound sales, or lead generation.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English with the ability to engage US-based prospects confidently and clearly.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and scheduling tools such as Calendly.
- Comfortable using communication platforms like Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing high-volume outreach with minimal supervision.
- Experience in B2B outreach or client engagement in markets such as North America, Australia, or Europe is preferred.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Background in digital marketing, inside sales, or customer outreach.
- Experience using email automation or sales engagement tools (e.g., Lemlist, Apollo, or HubSpot Sequences).
- Familiarity with performance tracking and KPI reporting in CRM systems.
- Passion for communication, lead generation, and relationship building.
Reporting Line and Working Pattern:
- Reports to: Marketing or Sales Manager
- Fully remote, Philippines-based, aligned with US business hours
- Regular collaboration with global marketing and sales teams
