We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telemarketer / Sales Executive to reach out to potential clients, establish relationships, and schedule appointments. You will conduct outbound calls and follow-up efforts to connect with decision-makers, with a strong focus on generating interest and converting leads into appointments. Strong communication skills, persistence, and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to target key decision-makers, building awareness and generating interest in the client's services, solutions.
- Assess and qualify leads based on a set of predetermined criteria to ensure they are sales-ready, meeting the necessary qualifications for further engagement by the sales team.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads. Ensure clear communication of appointment details, including time, date, and format (phone call, Zoom, etc.).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, lead status, and scheduled appointments in our CRM system (CRM proficiency required). Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads to the sales team for follow-up.
- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, confirm appointments, and ensure leads remain engaged in the pipeline.
- Provide feedback to management on lead quality, challenges, and successes to help optimize processes, improve lead generation strategies, and increase overall productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ Years of proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting
- People with previous experience in UK market / region preferred
- Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- With understanding and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Previous experience in tapping leads from Telecom based clients would be an added advantage
- Excels in dynamic communication, capable of initiating and maintaining meaningful conversations with prospects through cold calling, utilizing a flexible approach rather than strict adherence to scripts.
- Should be a Tech-savvy, fast learner, and able to adapt quickly to new tools or processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Confident, persistent, and proactive
- Willing to work in UK time zone
- Ability to handle objections and maintain persistence throughout the lead qualification process.
