Encoder Job Description

  • Input data accurately into databases, spreadsheets, or internal systems
  • Review documents for errors, completeness, and required information
  • Update, correct, or delete inaccurate records
  • Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive data
  • Generate reports from encoded data when needed
  • Perform routine data backups and retrieve information upon request

Recruiter Job Description

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage job postings and recruitment marketing efforts
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and records
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates
