Job Summary
Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately. Manages and attends to e-mails/inquiries received thru official brand channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists customer concerns received from various external touchpoints
- Coordinate with internal business groups
- Track and Monitor ongoing client request/queries and submits reports on time to immediate supervisor
- Ensure the proper delivery of resolution to clients in a timely manner
- Handle Inbound Calls, Website & Social Media Chat Support, Customer Emailing, Outbound Calls for Customer Updates
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree holder of any 4-year business-related course
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
- Fluent in oral and written English and Filipino
- Knowledge and experience in call handling and customer service
