Job Title: CRM Developer - Self Hosted CRM Deployment & Support.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to assist in the evaluation, set up, configuration and maintenance of a self-hosted customer relationship management (CRM) system. The goal is to implement a secure, local CRM solution-hosted on premises or on a private server - with no dependency on cloud based services. You will play the key role in choosing the right CRM platform (e.g, suiteCRM, espoCRM, YetiForce, or similar) and ensuring it is deployed and maintained securely and efficiently.

This role involves setting up a CRM system where all data remains on local infrastructure. Candidate must be familiar with offline-first systems and strict data privacy principles.

Required skills & Qualifications:

-Experience deploying and managing self hosted CRM.

-Proficiency in server setup and administration

(Linux, Apache/Nginx, MySQL/MariaDB,PHP)

-Familiarity with no premises hosting environments.

-Understanding of network security, data privacy and role-based access control.

-Experience managing backups, firewalls, and SSL certificates.

-Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

-Flexi Time and need to render 8 hours a day
