Job Description
  • Customer Engagement:

    Greet and assist customers in person, via phone, or email, providing accurate product information and addressing inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Sales Documentation:

    Assist the sales team in preparing and processing quotations, proposals, invoices, and contracts with attention to detail.
  • CRM & Record Maintenance:

    Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the CRM system or sales database to support effective customer relationship management.
  • Communication & Follow-up:

    Handle incoming calls and emails, follow up with clients on pending matters, and ensure customer queries are resolved promptly.
  • Order & Delivery Coordination:

    Track sales orders, coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries, and follow up to confirm customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in a sales support or customer service role (0- 2 years preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
