Regional Property Manager – South

Facility Operations & Maintenance
· Oversee day-to-day technical operations of the assigned property.
· Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues and ensure preventive
· maintenance schedules (PMS) are strictly followed.
· Supervise repair works and coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and for timely resolution.
· Ensure compliance of facilities with government regulations, permits, and safety standards.
Project & Renovation Support
· Assist in supervising facility improvement projects, renovations, and space optimization
· works.
· Monitor construction activities to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with
approved plans and specifications.
· Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials and project requirements.
Technical Documentation & Compliance
· Prepare and maintain technical reports, work order logs, checklists, and inspection records.
· Review and issue work permits requested by tenants and contractors.
· Maintain documentation related to compliance, safety, and engineering activities.
Risk Management & Safety
· Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols.
· Conduct facility security and safety risk assessments in coordination with the Chief
Security Officer/Security Agency.
· Respond to facility emergencies and assist in contingency planning.
· Handle applications and renewals of permits to ensure compliance with local
government regulations and requirements.
Tenant & Stakeholder Coordination
· Act as a technical point of contact for tenants regarding facility-related issues,
· Support property administrators in handling lease-related technical concerns, including
renewals, terminations, and amendments,
· Assist in resolving tenant disputes and concerns related to facility operations.
Inventory & Resource Management
· Monitor usage and stock of tools, materials, and cleaning supplies,
· Support requisition, inventory tracking, and resource optimization.
Other Duties
· Participate in site coordination meetings, prepare reports, and follow up on action items,
· Carry out additional tasks assigned by Management that support the smooth operation
· And improvement of facilities.
Qualifications
a. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (licensed Engineer preferred).
b. Able to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP plans and drawings.
c. Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and technical specifications.
d. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and project tracking software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is an advantage.
e. Knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical
distribution.
f. Understanding of preventive maintenance planning and facility management practices.
g. Awareness of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
h. Hardworking, reliable, and committed to completing tasks with quality and efficiency.
i. Strong attention to detail, particularly in quality assurance and compliance monitoring.
j. Good communication and coordination skills to collaborate with site teams, tenants, and
subcontractors.
k. Problem-solving ability and readiness to respond to emergencies or technical issues.
l. Strong sense of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
m. Willing to work on-site and conduct regular facility inspections.
Job Type: Full-time
