We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Accounts Manager to join our dynamic sales team and drive strategic business growth. Responsibilities:Develop and manage relationships with high-value strategic accounts, preferably in Building and Infrastructure (BNI) Industry.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned customer segments (BNI)Create comprehensive account strategies to maximize revenue and client satisfactionConduct regular account reviews and develop tailored solutionsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service deliveryPrepare detailed sales reports and forecastsNegotiate and close complex sales contractsQualifications:Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationshipsStrategic thinking and problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated with a results-oriented approachAbility to work independently and as part of a teamRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in professional servicesProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsStrong communication and negotiation skillsProficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking toolsExcellent presentation and interpersonal abilitiesFluency in English; additional languages are a plusJoin an inclusive, flexible and diverse company where you can thrive while contributing to positively transforming the world we live in. #ShapingaWorldofTrust #leaveyourmark.
