Description

In this position you will....

Manage one of bolttech Philippines's large key accounts which includes developing and implementing strategic plans consistent with the Key Account's mission. You will also be responsible for mapping the organisation and managing the relationship from CXO level to executive management whilst maintaining strong governance. You will own the relationship for bolttech, internally and externally. 

You will be responsible for…

  • Develop trust relationships with accounts/partners to ensure they we retain and grow the relationship 
  • Lead on being the key account manager for Partner client/stakeholders 
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements and ensure the expectations are managed
  • Constantly hunting for new opportunities within the key account that are aligned with the overall strategies  
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions to meet their objective
  • Ensure the correct products, propositions and service are delivered to customers in timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customer and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long lasting relationship
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecast to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Management of sales and service teams to deliver profitable growth
  • Keep up to date market trends and introduce appropriate action
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Monitor account performance and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

  • Keeps relevant people accurately informed and up to date of both positive and potentially negative information
  • Concise in communicating and references relevant information tailored to the audience to support points

You will require the following qualifications and skills

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from reputable university or BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
  • Min. 5 years' experience as Account Manager and providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Min. 5 years experience in retail or electronics industries
  • Experienced in the field of marketing / customer relations / retail at least 5 years
  • Wide and deep experience in managing large / complex key accounts with multiple stakeholders 
  • Ability to use data to drive and influence decisions, leverage bolttech data science capabilities to improve sales performance or recommend changes in strategies
  • Have good analytical skills in understanding the needs, satisfaction, customer segmentation models
  • Good sense of P&L / Pricing / client's commercial needs and data driven oriented 
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to work effectively and cooperatively with internal stakeholders and other cross-border collaboration
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Excellence in English verbal and written
