Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with key accounts promptly. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions affecting key accounts. Qualifications Proven experience in account management, sales, or related roles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
