Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring smooth communication. Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to ensure client needs are met. Monitor account performance and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction. Prepare reports on account status, sales forecasts, and performance metrics. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with key accounts promptly. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions affecting key accounts. Qualifications Proven experience in account management, sales, or related roles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
