Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Wireless Link Technologies, Inc. Full time ₱250,000 - ₱500,000 per year

The job purpose of the Logistics Assistant is to develop a thorough understanding of customers' delivery equipment and patterns, and suppliers' shipment patterns follows:

  • Reviews and processes day to day outgoing delivery operations and incoming shipment activities
  • Coordinates and schedules the appropriate delivery of stock items with the Inventory Department and Sales Distribution Department

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Schedules and supports Sales Admin with the daily route of deliveries to customers.
  • Plans and schedules the appropriate modes of transportation based on daily delivery needs.
  • Ensures that all production orders are shipped to customers in a timely manner in adherence to delivery schedules.
  • Responsible for receiving documents (sales invoice, delivery receipts and acknowledgment receipts) from delivery drivers and helpers.
  • Counter checks all stocks prior to loading in the delivery truck.
  • Ensures that all for pick-up items coming from local suppliers are prepared and completed.
  • Keeps Updated record of Cargo and Trucking Schedules as guide for Dispatching.
  • Ensures that all delivery trucks were checked (daily check list) and properly maintain by delivery drivers and helpers prior to delivery.
  • Ensures that priority deliveries are scheduled, accordingly.
  • Monitors through the tracking system the movement of all delivery vehicles and coordinates to the Operations Manager.
  • Monitors the Maintenance and Condition of delivery vehicles and regularly sends the report to Admin Assistant.
  • Makes assessment and recommendation for delivery vehicles.
  • Prepares delivery reports (cancelled deliveries, uncollected sales invoice, wrong deliveries, etc.) to be submitted to the Operations manager.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Attainment and Experience:

  • College graduate any program.
  • Knowledgeable and at least 1 year working experience in related field.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in using MS Office.
  • Knowledge and working experience in office management and record filing.

Soft Skills:

  • With pleasing personality.
  • Attention to details.
